"Rod and his team at Kash1 Construction provided a very reasonable bid for repairs in our garage and a small patch-and-paint job in the stairwell. We were dealing with years—decades, even—of deferred maintenance and patchwork repairs left from previous condo boards that didn’t want to invest in proper fixes.
